Oakforge Growth sells custom professional review and strategy services. Because each audit requires time spent reviewing a specific business and website, refund eligibility depends on whether work has started.

Before work begins

You may request cancellation for a full refund before Oakforge Growth begins reviewing your website or preparing your deliverable.

After work begins

Once work has begun, the service becomes custom work prepared for your business and is generally non-refundable. If there is a material problem with the delivered service, contact us and we will review the situation in good faith and determine an appropriate remedy.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged the wrong amount, contact us promptly so we can investigate and correct any verified billing error.
