These terms apply to services purchased from Oakforge Growth. By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

Oakforge Growth provides website review, conversion, messaging, search visibility, local SEO, and related strategic recommendations. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, our plans are advisory services and do not include implementation, website development, advertising management, or guaranteed ranking or revenue outcomes.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate website URL and any information needed to complete the review. You are also responsible for deciding whether and how to implement our recommendations and for maintaining backups before making changes to your website.

Delivery

Turnaround timing may vary by plan and workload. Any specific delivery estimate will be communicated at or after purchase. Delivery is generally made electronically to the email address associated with the order.

No guarantee of results

Recommendations are based on the information reasonably available at the time of review. Search rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, and revenue depend on many factors outside Oakforge Growth’s control, so no specific business result is guaranteed.

Intellectual property

After full payment, you may use the custom recommendations and copy suggestions created specifically for your business. Oakforge Growth retains ownership of its underlying methods, templates, processes, and general know-how.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oakforge Growth is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the service or implementation of recommendations. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
